Red Lotus Temple of Tantra couples sessions teaches Tantra in a practical down to earth and fun way. Couple’s Tantric training is a fantastic way to increase intimacy, pleasure and happiness not just in your sex life but in all areas of your relationship. Our TANTRIC temples offer this unique opportunity to take time out of your busy lives to fully worship each other in a structured environment with gentle guidance from an experienced Tantrika. It is also very important that both parties are fully willing and open to the process and you are choosing to learn about Tantra because you are both ready to move on to the next stage of intimacy and deep connection.
Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that takes time to develop and deepen so cannot be mastered simply in one session. The training is therefore divided into stages, depending on your personal needs and interests, each session lasting for two hours. Private sessions at our Temples is especially suitable for people who may not feel comfortable learning about Tantra in a room full of other students.

The following is only a general guide to what might be included in each session. The therapist designs each session around your needs and desires to enable you to have the most fulfilling and profound experience possible. You will not have to do anything that you are not comfortable with and you can develop at your own pace. You will also be given home play to practice between sessions to keep the Tantric energy alive.
It begins with an introduction to some of the ideas that form the basis of Tantra, Taoism and Kundalini Awakening. You will learn a number of techniques primarily to strengthen the heart energy to enable you to open up further to your lover and be more connected.
Moving into deeper levels of intimacy as a couple is a continual process that keeps a relationship vitalized, exciting and fresh. In this first stage of the process you will learn:
- How to have fun with role play, Shiva and Shakti
- Connecting energetically through meditation and other powerful techniques.
- How to go on an exciting sensory journey together with a number of simple yet illuminating techniques that will help to awaken the senses, beginning of a new kind of sensual relationship
- Uncover the secrets of the Chakra system and how to balance the energy in these powerful centres, aiding you on your journey to Tantric bliss.
- Classic and intimate YabYum and other traditional Tantric union positions, connecting your energy centres.
- About sensual energy and channelling this energy in a fun and practical way
- About your pc muscles – generating sensual energy and intensifying your physical experience.
- How to worship each other’s bodies to rekindle the flame of when you first met and rediscover your attraction and passion for each other.
You can then progress to the advanced stages of the program. As a couple, you will learn together the tantric arts of how to heighten and prolong pleasure while connecting at the deepest possible levels physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We take it to the next level and use all that has already been learnt while going deeper into the understanding of the male and female bodies so that both the man and woman can become the best lover they can possibly be.

The Red Lotus Tantra offers two different options for couples Temple Arts sessions
Option I
The first option is for two practitioners to work with each partner. The session will be the same as for singles and will run for the same duration as for a single.
Duration 2 hours
Option 2
The second option is for a trained God/goddess to instruct each partner on how to give the bodywork and the session to each other. The practitioner only minimally participates in these sessions. The practitioner will guide you in how to do this movement and how you can best bring out of your partner the inner power that may be lying dormant. This is a great way to learn new ways in being with your partner, learning about their chakras, learn the breathing skills together and experience this dynamic movement as it was taught in temples in Tibet centuries ago
